1 C blanched almond flour
1 C cassava flour
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and grease with avocado oil.
Spoon and spread batter evenly into the pan to create your flatbreads. Cook on each side 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with fresh herbs, vegetables, and cheeses. Enjoy!
